1. about hiired

Welcome to Hiired ("we", "our", or "us").

Hiired is a digital platform that helps people discover and connect with providers offering local, temporary, daily, hourly, or part-time work opportunities.

By using Hiired, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

2. who can use hiired

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or use Hiired.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about yourself. Hiired does not routinely verify the identity, age, qualifications, experience, or background of users.

3. how hiired works

Hiired is a platform that connects workers and providers.

Hiired does not employ workers and is not a staffing agency, recruitment agency, labour contractor, or employer.

Any work arrangement, including the work, payment, timing, working conditions, and other terms, is agreed directly between the worker and provider.

Hiired does not supervise or control the work performed through the platform.

4. information and job listings

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account, applying for work, or posting a job.

Providers are responsible for making sure their job listings accurately describe the work, location, timing, requirements, and payment offered.

Hiired does not guarantee that every job listing or user is genuine, suitable, safe, or available.

Users should use their own judgement and verify important details before accepting work or engaging another user.

5. responsibilities of workers

Workers are responsible for:

  • Providing truthful information.
  • Deciding whether a job is suitable for them.
  • Confirming the work details with the provider.
  • Arriving and performing the work as agreed.
  • Following applicable laws and reasonable workplace rules.
  • Taking reasonable care of their own safety.

6. responsibilities of providers

Providers are responsible for:

  • Posting genuine and accurate work opportunities.
  • Providing the agreed payment.
  • Providing a reasonably safe and respectful working environment.
  • Complying with applicable laws relating to the work.
  • Communicating important changes or cancellations to workers where reasonably possible.

7. payments

Hiired currently does not process, hold, or guarantee payments between workers and providers.

Payment arrangements are made directly between the worker and provider.

Hiired is not responsible for non-payment, delayed payment, underpayment, or disagreements regarding payment.

Hiired may introduce paid features or other fees in the future. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before they apply.

8. safety and user conduct

Hiired aims to provide a useful and respectful platform.

Users must not use Hiired for:

  • Fraud or scams.
  • Illegal activities.
  • Threats or violence.
  • Harassment or abuse.
  • Fake or misleading job listings.
  • Any activity that may harm another user.

Users should use reasonable caution when meeting or working with someone they found through Hiired.

Hiired does not control workplaces and cannot guarantee the safety, behaviour, or conduct of users.

If you believe a listing or user creates a serious safety concern, you should report it to Hiired and, where appropriate, contact the relevant authorities.

9. reporting and removing content

Users can report jobs, accounts, or other activity that they believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

Hiired may review reports and may remove listings, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts where appropriate.

Hiired may also remove content or accounts where required by law or where necessary to protect users or the platform.

10. user accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Please do not share your password or account access with others.

Hiired may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, involve fraud or misuse, or create a significant risk to other users or the platform.

11. disputes between users

Hiired helps users find and connect with each other but is not a party to agreements between workers and providers.

If a disagreement occurs regarding work, payment, attendance, cancellation, behaviour, or other matters, the users involved should first try to resolve the issue directly.

Hiired may provide reasonable assistance or review reports at its discretion, but does not guarantee that it can resolve disputes between users.

12. hiired content and brand

The Hiired name, logo, application, website, design, and other materials belonging to Hiired may not be copied, modified, or used without permission.

Users continue to own information and content they submit to Hiired.

By submitting content such as a job listing, profile information, or images, you allow Hiired to use and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the platform.

13. privacy

Your use of Hiired is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Hiired collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information.

14. platform availability

We work to keep Hiired available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from errors, interruptions, or technical problems.

Hiired may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary.

15. our responsibility

Hiired provides the technology that helps users discover and connect with each other.

To the extent permitted by law, Hiired is not responsible for:

  • The actions or behaviour of users.
  • The accuracy of information provided by users.
  • Whether a worker is selected or completes a job.
  • Whether a provider provides work or makes payment.
  • Disagreements between users.
  • Events occurring at a workplace.
  • Losses or damages resulting from arrangements made directly between users.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. changes to these terms

Hiired may update these Terms when necessary, including when new features or services are introduced.

If important changes are made, we may provide notice through the app, website, or other appropriate means.

Continuing to use Hiired after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

17. governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms shall be handled by the competent courts having jurisdiction in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
